Sentosa island Singapore

Sentosa is Singapore’s favourite resort and island getaway. The island is teeming with activity all year round. There are beautiful man-made beaches, exclusive bars, resorts, hotels and lots of outdoor sports and attractions. (The luge ride, flying fox etc.) So get ready for the sun and the sand when visiting Sentosa!

The island is home to Singapore’s most exclusive golf club, where the 2 most scenic and challenging courses in the region can be found. (Serapong and Tanjong) The world’s 1st permanent show set in the sea is located on Sentosa, where the show “Songs of the Sea” runs twice every evening (7.40pm and 8.40pm). Popular attractions include Underwater World, the Sentosa Luge and Skyride, The Flying Trapeze and many others! Check out the Sentosa attractions here.

For those that desire a laidback lifestyle during a vacation, there are a handful of resorts and hotels on the island, where you will always be close to the beaches and nature without the hustle and bustle of the city. Alternatively, visiting Sentosa can be a fruitful day trip as well. Feel free to let loose and engage in all sorts of activities in the day, and relaxing to the sea breeze at any one of the beach bars or clubs over food and drinks.

Travelling around the island on foot can be rather exhausting in the hot and humid weather. Fret not as there are the Sentosa Express monorail, beach trams and bus services within the island. These will most often take you to the major attractions and highlights, perfect for a brief respite from the sun.

Sentosa's very own integrated resort (IR), Resorts World Sentosa has just recently opened! Visitors can now frequent Asia's first Universal Studios Theme Park and Singapore's first casino amongst other exciting attractions within the IR.
